At The Reserve Chiropractic & HBOT, you’re not just another appointment, you’re a valued patient, and we’re honored to be part of your health journey.
Day 1 - Examination
During your first visit, Dr. Conner will perform a thorough, comprehensive examination designed to fully understand your health history, concerns, and goals. This exam may include a detailed consultation, orthopedic and neurological assessments, posture and movement evaluation, and any necessary testing to ensure care is safe, appropriate, and effective. Taking the time to complete a comprehensive exam is essential because no two patients are the same, what works for one person may not be right for another. By gaining a complete picture of how your body is functioning, Dr. Conner can identify the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalized, patient-centered care plan focused on long-term results, not just temporary relief.
Day 1 - X-Rays
If clinically necessary, Dr. Conner may also take X-rays during your first visit to gain a clearer, more detailed view of your spine and surrounding structures. X-rays allow us to evaluate spinal alignment, joint integrity, disc spacing, and any underlying conditions that may not be visible through a physical exam alone. This step is important because it helps ensure your care is both safe and precise—confirming that chiropractic adjustments and other therapies are appropriate for your specific condition. By using X-rays when needed, Dr. Conner can develop a customized treatment plan based on objective findings, allowing for more accurate care, better outcomes, and long-term results tailored specifically to your body.
Day 2 - Report of Findings
The report of findings visit is a crucial part of chiropractic care, as it allows the doctor to share the results of the initial examination and explain the underlying causes of the patient’s symptoms. During this appointment, he will review any diagnostic findings, such as posture analysis, spinal assessments, or imaging results, and outline a personalized care plan tailored to the patient's specific needs. This visit ensures that patients fully understand their condition and the recommended course of treatment before beginning care. To ensure timely communication and continuity of care, the report of findings visit will be scheduled for the day following the initial consultation.
Day 2 - Treatment Plan
Chiropractic treatment plans are essential for achieving lasting relief and long-term spinal health, as they are carefully designed to address each patient’s unique condition and goals. Following a consistent treatment schedule helps ensure optimal progress, as missed or irregular appointments can disrupt the healing process and delay results. It is important for patients to schedule their visits in advance to maintain continuity of care and secure appointment times that fit their routine. Arriving on time also allows for the full duration of the appointment to be dedicated to treatment, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Commitment to the treatment plan, including punctuality and consistency, plays a vital role in the success of chiropractic care.
